If there’s anything I’ve learnt over the years it’s that every patient, pain and problem is unique. That’s why I offer a wide variety treatment methods and techniques so that you get the best treatment for your problem.

Joint Mobility

Our body is like a car-engine – it doesn’t work without oil. That’s why I’ve created a small booklet with simple joint-mobility drills so you’re ready to face whatever challenges the day may bring. The exercises are simple and can be done while you’re waiting for your coffee to brew.

TE3 Mobility Analysis

Through 13 test movements, TE3 Mobility Analysis diagnoses restrictions in mobility and left/right imbalances with 1 degree accuracy. Based on the results of the analysis I can recommend optimal excersises for you so we can fix the problems that we identified.

Scenar

Have you got pains of muscle contraptions? Scenar is a new treatment method that can help. Scenar is a machine that acts like a stimulant to the nervesystem. With the help of electricity it triggers your body’s own method of pain relief and recovery.

Triggerpoints

Many times the cause of the pain comes from completely different places than where you yourself know the pain. Trigger points are simple muscle fibers that have locked up. These can often be a cause of pain. They tend to send pain to places other than where the trigger points themselves are.

Shockwaves
With a few shockwave treatments you can attenuate or get rid of aches and pains. With mechanical pressure, the pressure wave machine causes micro damages to the tissue. This initiates a normal healing process in that area.
Kinesiotaping

The skin is the body’s largest organ, and its well-being is very important. Kinesiotaping is a rehabilitative tape that aids the body’s natural healing process, while providing support and stability to the muscles and joints without limiting the body’s range of motion.

Workouts

It is very important to be in physical activity. We are equipped with the best gym – our own body. There is no need to reinvent the wheel – often old methods are just as goo or even better than new, modern ones. Have you tried Kettlebells or Clubbells? How about going barefoot for a period of time?

LASER TREATMENT

Laser treatment is an effective remedy for pain. It has local anti-inflammatory effects and promotes healing of injuries in muscle and tendon disorders. Laser therapy, unlike many other treatments, is completely painless.
